"Watching Jacob 3" is now in the permanent collection of the Institut du Monde Arabe, Paris France 2021. This video shows how its interactive components work. Bittar's image of Jacob Wrestling with the Angel is quoted from Eugène Delacroix at the Chapel of San Sulpice in Paris. Watching Jacob 3 shows how the narrative of the Arab watching the struggle between the chosen Jacob and the angel Gabriel is emphasized or disappeared.
