About Protea Gallery

Protea Gallery highlights regional, national, and global contemporary art from integrative and inquisitive art practices within the context of community to navigate often difficult and refracted conversations.

Protea Gallery is situated in Los Angeles’ Brewery art district in Lincoln Heights and adjacent to downtown Los Angeles.

About Protea Flowers   

Protea flowers are a family of flowers indigenous to South Africa growing south of the Limpopo River. Transplanted and hybridized proteas grow in Southern California in backyards preferring sandy sloping hillsides. Protea are in season Fall, Winter and especially Spring, and will be available in the gallery.
